“Communication is paramount!” That’s
the motto of Realtor Lisa Brennan, who
prides herself on listening to clients’
needs and keeping them top of mind.
She also can see the potential of every
house and reworks the interiors in her
imagination, a skill many homeowners
find invaluable.
Brennan has spent 18 years in real
estate and specializes in the North
Shore and South Shore, including
Cape Cod. Clients describe her as
feeling like a family member or close
friend. She attributes this to her friendly,
easygoing and approachable demeanor
and finding answers to every question.
“I work with many different buyers,”
Brennan says. “I don’t have a type. I
love working with all kinds of buyers
and do my homework accordingly
to give them the best service. The
first-time buyers are fun to work with,
because they are most excited. The
downsizer buyers are also a joy to work
with, because most of the time they’re
excited for the next chapter.”
Brennan is an agent at Jack
Conway, as was her mother-in-law.
Her father-in-law was a builder. Her
mother-in-law, one of the agency’s
top agents in Scituate for many years,
encouraged her to get her license. “It
was almost like getting into a family
business,” she remarks.
In 2024, she earned a place in the
Silver Club, recognizing the Top 10%
of all Jack Conway agents. A member
of the National Association of Realtors
and South Shore Realtors, Brennan is
an Accredited Buyer’s Representative,
a Real Estate Negotiation Expert and
